How to apply
After applying your foundation, dab Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Contour Concealer onto the face as needed to brighten and conceal imperfections. Use a makeup sponge to buff out the pigment-packed formula, and set your finished look in place with Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Mattifying Powder (a must-have for those with oily skin types) or Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Setting Powder.
